As you already know, I am highly selective as to where I place my puppies and I personally feel I've got some AMAZING puppy families. And my puppy families feel the same when they meet new families!

We have a private Facebook group called Skylit Puppy Families that is JUST for my puppy families. It is a great group of people who love seeing updates on your pup (after all, they've likely been following the litter, cheering their favourite pup on, and looking forward to seeing how that pup develops over the years). They are also an amazing resource that you have access to.

Yes there are LOTS of Facebook groups where you can share photos of your puppy's antics and ask questions about raising a puppy, but this is a group of people with puppies that are very possibly related to your puppy. They have your puppy's relatives and they have been in your shoes.

I am highly active in the group as well... sharing information that may be helpful and chiming in with my experience when it is applicable.

It's a great way to keep up with how your pup's littermates are doing, if there are any issues surfacing, training challenges, as well as opportunities to get together for play dates with Skylit Puppy Families in your area.

It's a great group for asking for recommendations... for everything from best puppy insurance plan, to food choices, to suppliers for various doggy needs, etc.

There are also several Skylit puppy families who often will offer to watch your pup if you are heading away on holiday!

In this group is also where we announce upcoming Puppy Parties (held around the country), special events, special things available through The Dog House Shoppe, oh and I can't forget... the Litter Guessing Contests!

We have a lot of fun and each new puppy family that I select, I truly hope they too will participate in our private group as after all, we are all family now.

Typically I will add you to the group just before you receive your new puppy. Feel free to add immediate (household) family members (but not friends please) to the group too if they'd like to join in!
